Shipping and Handling
We ship via UPS and US Postal Service. .
Our standard recommended shipping options for US customers is UPS Ground. However ,there are many other options to consider. For west coast customers, USPS Priority mail is generally faster. Also consider USPS first class mail for singles orders, as prices start at only $1.99!
In the rare case that a package is not delivered timely, please notify us immediately. We can file a claim with the shipper and issue you a replacemnt or refund. If we are not notified within 14 days of the shipment date, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
If an item is missing from your shipment or incorrect, please notify us immediately. All claims of missing, defective, or incorrect items must be received within 7 days of the package receipt or they will not be accepted.
International Purchases
We ship packages internationally every day. To make an international purchase, choose one of the international shipping methods in the shopping cart.
Postal Service shipping options include first class ail international (5-10 days, for packages up to 4 lbs), priority mail international(5-7 days), and express mail international (3-5 days). All postal methods are now trackable
UPS offers two international shipping methods that include tracking - they are pricey, but extremely reliable.
We are not responsible for any customs fees charged - each country has different customs requirements and we are not able to answer questions about local fees.
Return Policy
We accept unopened items within 30 days of purchase without restriction. To return a product, please contact us at returns@ccgarmory.com to receive return authorization. Store credit will be issued less shipping charges. Opened items are not returnable.
NOTE: Clearance items, mini-busts, statues, and singles are not returnable
Pre-orders/Back Orders
Pre-orders are items that are not yet released, and backorders are items that have been released but are temporarily not available. We highly recommend placing pre-orders and back-orders to ensure that you get these products immediately upon release.
We do not charge credit cards until we ship. However, if you use a debit card, a pre-authorization may be charged to your card, which normally will disappear a few days later. We can not control this process, it is dependent upon the policies of your bank.
Pre-orders can be cancelled up to one week before product release.
Pre-ordering prices will increase if the manufacturer raises the price of the item before release. However, CCG Armory will honor the percentage discount off of the original manufacturer price, so the discount % is effectively "locked-in".
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and money order for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Orders placed may be cancelled up until the time they are shipped, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once shipped, we can accept the package as a return under our return policy of the items are no longer needed.
Buying Singles
We do buy single cards and miniatures for most of the games we carry. At this time, we are not maintaining buy lists on our website.

Privacy Policy
We are in the business of selling games, not people's personal information. CCG Armory will never sell your name, email address, or any other information. Period.
