Jervis Tetch the Mad Hatter (Arkham City Series 2)

Measuring approximately 4.25” tall, Batman Arkham City Action Figure Series 02: Jervis Tetch the Mad Hatter features multiple points of articulation, character-specific accessories, and a display base. Jervis Tetch the Mad Hatter is clad in green leprechaun-like attire and his trademark oversized hat. The Mad Hatter specializes in mind control, conveyed primarily by virtue of specially designed technology which is often inlaid in hat brims. Originally the Mad Hatter fixated on creating his own Wonderland, assembling runaways to play the various characters and recruiting a young Barbara Gordon to play Alice, although subsequent criminal ventures were aimed at Gotham as a whole. In Arkham City, the Mad Hatter performs mind control experiments on behalf of Hugo Strange.
